Sam Walker

Same Walker was my Great Great Grandfather. He came to the Van Alstyne, Texas area from Missouri some short time after the Civil War ended. His daughter was Nancy Ellen Walker who married Richard Dewberry in Grayson county on 8-28-1872. Sam Walker's first wife's maiden name was Millie Mathews. She died and Sam married again. Maybe to Susan F Campbell on 10-23-74. Besides Nancy Ellen, Sam had children by Millie named Tom, John, Carol and Matt. He had at least one child by his second wife named Bradley. I have not been able to come up with any information on Sam. I would like to know where he came from in Missouri. (Nancy Ellen's death certificate only shows she was born in Missosuri.) I believe he died in and is buried in Grayson County, but I have never been able to locate place of burial. My Grandfather, John Dewberry, had all this information in his head, but I was too young and stupid to get any of this information from him before he died in 1961. Any help would be appreciated.
