From "An Illustrated History of Grayson County, Texas":

SAVAGE, James R. b MO 15 Feb 1819 d GCo 12 May 1874 -- s William and Susan -- m Louisa Jamison b MO 5 Mar 1818 d 20 May 1868 -- 10 ch: William A. b MO c 1839, John L. b MO c 1842, Thomas T. b MO c 1844, James B. b MO c 1846, Susanna b TX c 1848 (m 2 Mar 1861 Henry T. Dunaway), Louisa b TX c 1851, Sam b TX c 1853, Mary b TX c 1855 -- source 1860 census -- mov TX 1846 set Collin Co, 1849 mov GCo, Conf -- source "Biographical Souvenir of the State of Texas" Chicago 1889.

A brief entry for DUNAWEY(sic) Henry T. just info of marriage, but did give a middle initial for wife - Susanah E. SAVAGE.

Note: above Susanna was married to Henry T. Dunaway, did your Susanna have "three" marriages?

Mrs. Geroge B. Savage submitted a biographical sketch of James Robins Savage for "The History of Grayson County Texas". But she only names the son who was her direct descendant. She might have more information. You might contact the Grayson County Frontier Village, who sponsered the publishing of this book. You might luck out and she might be local there, and still alive, the book was published in 1979. I submitted sketches for several of my husband's families, but I'm not "local". By the way, she spells James' wife's name Louise Jameson.
