Thank You Lea.

It is a small world. You are the first that I have found that has information on the Pierces in Grayson County.

You suggestin regarding telephone book is good, I did bring all the Pieces listed under white pages on the internet, and sent individual letters to everyone within 100 miles.

I got a few replies, but none from the Pierce branch that I am researching.

I will give the local telephone book a try.

I also ran an add in the Whitewritht Newspaper, but did not get a single reply.

From my postings in different forums, I have found two ladies that were decendents of my Grandfathers Sister, Mary Pierce, Farrar, Field.

That was very exciting. From you being interested in genealogy, I sure you know the feeling.

Thank you again for your help.

Sincerely yours

Ken McNutt
