My husband grew up around Whitewright and knew Pierce's back then. The Whitewright phone book has 10+ Pierce listings. I suggest that you look around in both Fannin and Grayson Co. cemeteries which are online thanks to usgenweb. There are many old cemeteries in this area and is in the southeast "corner" of Grayson which abuts Fannin to the east and Collin to the south. Additionally, TX now has vital statistics on line.
