Walter Nolan Wright d Sherman, TX ??
Posted by: Val Vaughn Date: July 13, 2000 at 18:35:59
  of 1676

Looking for information on the family of Walter Nolan Wright. He may have died in or near Sherman, Grayson Co, TX date unknown but probably in the early 1900's.

He moved to Texas from Randolph co, AL with some of his children who may have also lived in the Ft. Worth and Denton area. Sons Larkin Wright, Arthur Wright, Walter Wright, and daughter Minnie Wright.

Minnie married a West and had a duaghter named Maureen who lived in Denton, TX. Maureen married W.E. Williams. Minnie also lived in Coalgate, OK.

Walter (Jr.) had a birthmark on his face. It was a red blotch.

I was told that Walter Nolan Wright died of a heart attack while driving into town in a buggy. The horse pulled the buggy back home with his body inside. His wife Mandy Bass Wright died in Randolph Co, AL. They had two other children, Myrtle Teresa and Willis Nolan, who remained in AL.
