Gloria,
I don't know what part of Grayson Co. you have in mind but when I was in Jr. High School in Denison in the late 50's "Old Man Redwine" was my school principal. I can't remember his given name [but can find out] so Joan is probably right in figuring that there are descendants still in the area.
