You said this is going to be a toll road, right? Where does it originate and end? I don't live in that area, but why would they need a toll road there? If it's anything like here in Orange Co, CA, toll roads are for those who will pay the "toll" and that means it benefits the rich. Sometimes they are not even used that much. Every few years we fight against one near where I live for the simple reason, no one would pay that toll (not many rich people would be going in that direction). Contractor who would build it doesn't care if it's ever used, he gets his money from building it, and I think contractors are the ones who keep bringing up the idea. We do have one in the county that is used "some" and it is definitely for the rich. In that case I'm glad for them, it gets them off the free highways us poor folk use. LOL
