Do you have any dates, or approximate dates, that would narrow down the search for your grandfather? Do you know about when he was born? Do you know about when and where in OK he and your grandmother were married? Do you have approximate dates for births of any of their children? Were they born in OK, or TX?

I have found several Jerry Smiths on census indexes, all different ages in OK & TX. So time period would help to narrow the search.
