Now comes the fun part, in 1870 they could be in KS, or IL and the name Green/Greene is pretty common. If this were my line, I would obtain a copy the death certificate for Mildren Sanders. You know she is sister of John and the names of her parents should be on there. Even if her father's given name is fairly common, her mother's certainly is not common.
