Did S.M. have two wives named Emma? From Van Alstyne Cemetery:

Barry, Emma, 9 May 1853 - 19 Sep 1907 w/o S.M. Barry
Barry, Emma J., 1862 - 1939 s/w S.M. Barry
Barry, S.M., 9 Dec 1846 - 19 Dec 1920 s/w Emma J. Barry

w/o = wife of
s/w = same stone

So assume first wife was buried with a stone, then S.M. and Emma J. shared a stone.

1930 census Grayson Co, TX:

McDonald Dewey A., hd, 26 md @ 21, b TX, SC, TX
" Ethel L., wf, 24 md @ 19,m b TX, TX, MO
" Betty J., d, 3 3/12, b TX
Barry Emma J., grandmthr, 67, wid, md @ 17, b IN, KY, KY

Is this your Emma J.?
