Is this the right Earl Walker? Do you know his parents names? I've found a couple of Earl Walkers born abt 1897 in Colorado and could narrow it down if I knew parents name.

I think Sears first general merchandise catalog was distributed in 1894 according it Sears archives website.

Do you have a subscription to Ancestry.com? If not, give me who's marriage license you want looked up, names, dates, etc. and I'll see if I can find it there?
