Hi Sharon,
I saw your post and recognized a connection between the Sowell, Turner and Tinsley Gonzales residents. There are two marriages between the Sowells and Tinsleys posted on the lavacatexas.com site. If you are not already familiar with this Tinsley Sowell family, I believe you will find them VERY interesting. Click on the Turner Sowell Genealogy page and scroll down. The Turners of Gonzales are also related to the Suddarths.
