I am a decendant of Juan Carbajal of Goliad, Texas. My grandmother is Carmen Carbajal, the youngest daughter of Juan Carbajal. Juan Carbajal was born 7/08/1889 and died in December 1959. Juan Carbajal married Dolores Gentry (date of marriage unknown). Juan and Delores had a total of eight children. Sulema Carbajal-Reyes, Lazaro Carbajal, Crisosten Carbajal, Maclovia Carbajal-Garza, Guadalupe Carbajal, Nora Carbajal-Reyes, Lilly Carbajal-Rojas, and Carmen Carbajal-Lopez. I have additional information about Juan's children such as dates of birth, etc. Perhaps we can exchange information.
I just started researching the family. A cousin informed that the family name may also be spelled "Carabajal" and "Carvajal" (both are misspelling of the name). If I find any additional information I will pass it along to you. Good luck in your search.
