I have a letter with the postmark date of July 8, 1937 and the return address of Riverdale, Texas plus Riverdale Store, Goliad, Texas. I know that my relatives moved to Riverdale after the birth of a daughter who was born in 1899. I wonder if Riverdale didn't become Berclair. The US Post Office would know the date of foundation because there was a post office there. Hope this helps. SVC
