Am seeking info. re: Imhoff family of Tx -- among founders of New Braunfels (Comal Co), Tx, immigrating aboard Johann Dethard in Dec. 1844 from Cure Hessen. Heinrich Peter Imhof, Sr. (a miller/farmer by trade) was family patriarch. Son Johann Peter Imhoff eventually settled in Fredericksburg, Tx., as did his son, my g-granddad, Heinrich A. Imhoff (born in Fredericksburg on 01/03/1867; died in Fredericksburg on 05/31/1957). Heinrich A. Imhoff, as an adult, mostly of Thrall, Williamson Co., Tx. His trade was blacksmith/parttime jeweler). Known to have worked for/with Ed Brodbeck. His daughter = my g-mother, Inez M. Imhoff (born about 1903 in Manor?, Tx; died unexpectedly in 1935 in San Antonio) leaving 5 orphans -- Peter Pat, Michael, Jeanette, and Oscar Davis (via 1st husband James Davis), and Mary Ann Crow (via 2nd? husband, Shannon Crow). Inez buried in SAT under name, Inez Crow.

J.P. Imhoff's 2nd wife = Henriette (Thieme) (Rabke) Imhoff (orig. from Sachsen and/or Thurengia, Germ., immigrating to Arneckeville, Dewitt Co., Tx with parents aboard The Margarethe in 1846. Buried with JP at Der Stadt Friedhof Cem.

Am particularly wanting info. re Heinrich A. Imhoff and daughter Inez M. Imhoff.
