This has been so hard, because my Grandfather's sister, Gracie Redding would have been about 4 years old when she died. My Grandfather Grady Redding was born in 1909 in Erath, TX But could not find anything on Gracie Redding there either, the the family moved to Garza County
1910 census Lampasas Co, TX, ED 17, sh 5A:Redding, Thomas C., hd, 26, M(1) 2 yrs, b MS, MS, MS" Katie, wf, 21, M(1) 2 yrs, b TX, TX, TX" Grady, son, 1, b TX, TX TX
So Gracie Redding was born after 1909 and lived until about age 3 or 4,so I am putting a time of death for her between 1912-1917
In the 1920 census Grady Redding, 10, shows up as step-son, living with his mother Katherine and step-father, Willard Echols, in Post, Garza County, Texas.
