Thomas C. Redding b. MS. 1886? married Katherine Virginia Griffin b. Sept 1888 in Texas about 1907? They had 2 children, my grandfather Grady Redding born April 1909 in Dublin Texas and a daughter Gracie Redding who died in Texas at about the age of 4. She may have died in Post, TX
Tom Redding just up and left Katherine and son Grady Redding one day, He left a note Long Gone Tom, and was never spoken of again.
Katherine Virginia Married Willard Echols and in the 1920 census for Post, Garza County TX it showed Katherine, Willard and Grady living in Post. So they may be a chance Gracie died in Post TX. between 1912-1917.
Then Katerine and Willard moved to San Diego,CA where they were apartment managers and where she died in 1972 and is buried at greenwood cemetery
