It gives Railton's history and also his cause of death from the newspapers.
I will send you her obituary in a private email. As far a name for her parents, I do not know as I have not found her on a census before her marriage. There is one more Juliff there,John b 1847 and married in 1876 in Galveston. Could be her brother and may be they emigrated together without parents. 1880 census, she states she was born in Cornwall.
