Snow; demurrer, exceptions sustained and defendants dismissed as per order on file.

street and Richard F. Snow and
wife, Lena Love Snow, from violating
OPA rent regulations, were
entered by Judge Russel H. Markwell."

Claimed by Death
Mrs. Lena Love Snow, resldent
of Galveston for 34 years and an
active worker In civic and charitable
enterprises, died yesterday
afternoon at her residence after an
illness of two years.
A native of McKinney, Mrs. Snow
is survived by her husband, R. F
Funeral services will be held this
afternoon at 3:45 o'clock at J. Levy
& Bro. funeral home. Rt. Rev
Msgr. D. P. O'Connell will officiate
The remains will be forwarded to
McKInney by J. Levy & Bro. for
funeral services and Interment.
Mrs. Snow, whose father came
from Kentucky as a pioneer to
McKinney, was for many years
connected here with the Texas
Bank & Trust Co. Up until her
death she was engaged in the
apartment house business. She had
twice been chairman of the women's
committee of the Galveston Chamber
