looking for the descendants of JAMES SMITH AND JUDITH? SLEEPER OF GALVESTON, TEXAS (FORMERLY OF THE EASTERN TOWNSHIPS OF QUEBEC, CANADA)

I am looking for information on the SISTER (and her family) of my 2 great grandfather, Wright Sleeper, of Coaticook, Canada. SHE WAS THE DAUGHTER OF HEZEKIAH SLEEPER AND HANNAH BATCHELDER OF VERMONT AND LATER THE EASTERN TOWNSHIPS OF QUEBEC) (Wright Sleeper was born 2 mar 1820 Coaticook, to give you an idea of the era) I think her name was Judith. She married James Smith, moved to Galveston, Texas, (Information gleaned from Forests and Clearings A History of Stanstead County Quebec by B. F. Hubbard) and may have had children by him in Texas, and after his death, married Rev. W. C. Somerville and moved to Newport, Vermont.

I received the following information about Rev. Somerville's burial. I take it that Judith Sleeper Smith (listed below) is the daughter of James Smith and Judith Sleeper who must have moved to Newport with her mother and the Rev. Somerville.
Would there be anything anyone would have on Rev. Somerville and Judith Sleeper Smith as to their survivors? I am trying to ascertain if Judith Sleeper Smith Somerville survived her husband? And, who the survivors of her daughter, Judith Sleeper Smith, were? (as in siblings)
I am looking for the Texas descendants of Judith Sleeper and James Smith. I have found a descendant of Abigail Caswell who married Joseph Sleeper (Wright Sleeper's brother who moved to Wisconsin) who has some Texas information that I am looking forward to getting from her on this Sleeper/Smith line.

========Additional information from an obituary
Rev. WC Somerville b 1816 d 1899 buried in Grout lot at East Main Street
Cemetery, Newport, VT. The following 3 children's father was George:
Raymond Somerville was born 5/29/1896 and died 2/1931, brother: Kenneth
Somerville and sister: Edith Somerville.

James Smith, Mrs. Somerville's first husband, was acquainted with the Black family in TX and Rev.
Somerville took a 6 month leave from his parish in Galverston TX in 1870
to visit RELATIVES IN STANSTEAD, QUEBEC, and ended up staying in
Newport, VT. He was pastor of Newport Baptist Church in 1871. They
boarded at the Mempremagog Hotel.

Thanks for any information or suggestions on this.
