Fifty plus years ago my favorite uncle was engaged to a young lady named Clara Belle Pretty/Priddy...I am not sure how her name was spelled as I was a young child of 8 the last time I saw her. All I know is that I thought she was pretty so her name fit, I believe she was a school teacher around the Houston area and she was from Dilly, TX. She was engaged to Billy John Mount. He was going back to A&M from her apartment when he had a wreck right outside of College Station and was killed. IF anyone knows Clara Belle and how I can get in touch with her, I would really appreciate it. She would be in her 70's now.
