A.L. MCCRACKEN Funeral Today
Floydada: AMOS LEE MCCRACKEN, 82, of Floydada, died shortly before 1 a.m. Sunday here in Caprock Hospital. Services will be today in Floydada Assembly of God Church with STEVE BRACKEN, minister of City Park Church of Christ, officiating, assisted by Rev. BILL CLAMPETT, pastor of Victory Baptist Church. Burial will be in Floydada Cemetery directed by Moore-Rose Funeral Home. A native of Newport, McCracken moved to Floyd County in 1921 and had lived in the Center and Sand Hill communities. Survivors include a son, D. O. of Amarillo; two daughters, Mrs. EULA REYNOLDS of Amarillo and Mrs. HENRY GALLOWAY of Floydada; a brother ELBERT of Lincoln, Arkansas; two sisters, Mrs. W. W. REED of Silverton and Mrs. ASANETH TYREE of Columbus, Kansas; 11 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
