I am looking for information or descendents of John William Lloyd, son of Joseph Lloyd and Mary E. Malone. He was born November 2, 1882 in either Collin or Grayson County, Texas. He was living in Harris County, Texas during WWI and was working for the Sun Company in the oilfields. In 1920, he was living in Wichita County, Texas and was also working in the oilfields. He is last found on the 1930 Floyd County, Texas Census where he was farming. His wife was named Myrtle and she was born about 1889 in Texas. They had the following children:
1. Hattie Mae b. abt. 1910
2. Leona b. abt. 1911
3. Margaret b. abt. 1913

John W. Lloyd may possibly be the brother of my greatgrandmother. I am very interested in getting in touch with some of his descendents. I would also like to know if this family has any Native American connections, particulary Cherokee. Any help would be appreciated.
