The following microfilmed books on Fisher Co, TX _may_ be available at your local genealogical library depending on where you live but are certainly available from any FHC by rental for a month ($3.50).
"Early Fisher County Families 1876-1910", by Misses Jose & Delila Baird, 1976.
"History of Fisher County", a version from the 1970's that I think was done by the Fisher Co Historical Society in collaboration with the Shelton family.
"History of Fisher County", (jacket calls it The First 107 Years of Fisher County),1983, a collaboration of the Fisher County Historical Commission and the Sheltons, ISBN 0943546-06-0.
"Fisher County, Texas Cemeteries", 1989, Opal & Richard Miller - also includes a few cemeteries in Scurry & Kent counties as well.
There may be more but your local FHC can help you with that. You might also try the USGenWeb site for Fisher Co, TX. It's a bit more active than here. :)
