History of the Bone Family

Many descendants of this original William Bone, migrated to Fisher County, Texas. There is a bronze plaque at the Hobbs,Fisher County Cemetery stating that Thomas Jefferson Bone was the first person to be buried there. He died March 08, 1906. This information is being posted here for any that might be interested in this wealth of Bone Family History.

We have finished an update of Dr. Robert G. Bone's "History of the Bone Family in America". It includes all (that we know of)the descendants of William Bone I, who came to the US in 1692. It is a hard back book with somewhat over 900 pages. It is being published as joint project of a large number of Bone researchers and consequently we are selling it at the cost of printing, binding and mailing. The cost per book is $55.00.
We also have permission to sell reprints of Dr. Bone's original book, again at our cost. The cost of them is $35.00 per copy.
We are asking for prepayment of the books before we actually print them. If you want copies of either or both, please send your payment to;
Dr. Larry I. Bone
15314 SE 35th St
Vancouver, WA 98683
Books may be available after this initial offering but will certainly cost more.

I may be contacted at lhoag@satx.rr.com
