Barbara, The Coufals are on my side. My great gma Anna was Coufal. She married Frank Rokyta. When Anna and her parents and sisters came to US, they settled in the Austin Co., TX area. I can not find Frank's grave. I do not even know when he died. I think it was after 1900 though. Somewhere btwn 1880 and 1900 they moved to Lavaca CO.,TX. So there may well be a connection. I live in Port Lavaca, TX. Other names I am searching: Valchar, Machac, Dusek, ROkyta, Melnar, Janous/Janus. Those are the main ones. oh and Krizak too.
