I am interested in your Hodanek name. I have an ancestor that was named Barbara Hodanek who married a John Mika. They came over around 1850 from what was then Austria or to them Bohemia. They settled in St. Louis, MO area. I have not been able to get any more information about this family name of Hodanek. Would you by any chance have any information concerning the name and where they came from. Would appreciate any information that you might have.
Thanks, Carolyn
