Thanks for your post. On October 22, 2007, Mr. Clayton Kuhles discovered the wreckage of Corporal McAdoo's aircraft in Arunachal Pradesh, India. Mr. Kuhles reported his discovery to the Defense Department's Joint POW/MIA Accounting Command (JPAC), which is responsible for sending remains recovery teams to locations all over the word, wherever the remains of servicemen who died in America's conflicts are found. Recently, the US and India concluded an agreement to allow JPAC teams into India. JPAC will need to obtain DNA from eligible relatives of Cpl. McAdoo to aid in identification, once the remains of the four-member crew of Cpl. McAdoo's aircraft are recovered. For more information, you can email me directly.
