According to my grandmother, Minnie Lee (Walsh) Brown who married Calvin Brown, Thomas Edward Brown has a grave marker in the Evergreen Cemetery, Ranger, Eastland County, TX. However, she continued her story stating that Thomas Edward Brown was not physically buried where the Evergreen grave marker indicates. She stated that Thomas Edward Brown is physically buried in Memphis, Hall County, Texas. There is a T. E. Brown in the Old Fairview Cemetery, Memphis, Hall County, TX with a grave marker that is a Woodman of the World tall marker.

If Thomas is, in fact buried in Ranger, would someone look up the funeral records for him and let me know what is stated on the funeral record. Also, note the names of Thomas' parents if on those records.

Thomas' wife, Henrietta Elizabeth (Kornegay) is physically buried in the Evergreen Cemetery, Ranger, Eastland County, TX.

Thanking someone in advance for your generosity in finding the funeral records of Thomas Edward Brown -- if they exist in Ranger. One funeral director, there in Ranger, has stated that Thomas was, in fact buried in Ranger. But that person did not have the funeral record in front of them at the time.

Thank you, again, for your generosity in this research.
