Toni,

I was raised in the Pioneer area, my father was R.C. Brown, the postmaster of Pioneer during the late '30s and early '40s. I remember Tom and Winnie Flippen well, but I have been gone from there for more than 45 years. I am sure they are buried in the Pioneer Cemetery. Nell Fleming is still living there, I believe, and she could give you the details. She is probably in the Rising Star or Cross Plains White Pages on-line. Hope this helps!

Jim Brown
