This looks like Johanna, fits age of "Jane" on the 1880 census, and she's also buried in the Odd Fellows (IOOF) Cemetery, as many of the other members of the family are, too. Record skimpy as she was in the state hospital.

Since the family was living in DeWitt Co, TX when Charles probably died, I'd look in the Lutheran Cem, where Caroline was buried. TX didn't actually begin keeping vital records until 1903, so probably no official death record for him. Maybe a record there in the Lutheran Church.
