I AM LOOKING FOR ANY INFORMATION ON MY GREAT AND GREAT GREAT GRANDPARENTS. Oliver K Tuton and his wife Christian, Black, Tuton moved to Dewitt county in the 1830`s from North Carolina. Their dauther Carolina A Tuton was born about 1854 in Dewitt county and married my great grandfather in 1872 in Dewitt county. We have no information on my grandfather or his family or where they came from. I do see in the 1835 Williams settlement census that there were two Ferguson families with one young John Ferguson in each family, one 2 and one 7 and they may or may not be him. Thank you for any help. jimmiedale3@yahoo.com
