SPEARS - STRACENER 1860's Estate Record?

I am trying to make contact with anyone having information on Hezekiah SPEARS (b ca 1820 AL d 1860's Denton Co, TX?)
and wife Nancy STRACENER who were in the 1860 Census of Denton County. This is the last census I locate them in. Was there an estate record for Hezekiah SPEARS in 1860's in Denton County?

They were listed in 1840 St. Clair, AL census
& Union Parish, LA in 1850. I believe some of this family went on to Upshur County, TX. Any further information would be appreciated, particularly a lookup on whether there was an estate record naming the heirs of Hezekiah.
