Samuel K. Smith and wife Catherine, AR and TX

Samuel K. Smith and wife Catherine are found in the census for 1860 in Denton Co TX, 1870 Sebastian Co AR and 1880 back in Denton Co TX.

Samuel was born 1812/1815 in Kentucky and died after 1880 in TX.

Known kids were Columbus, William Lee, Sarah L, James, Lucinda, Joseph, Roland and Laudale??. William and Roland, I think, were in Medina Co TX in 1900.

I would very much like to find more information on Samuel’s siblings and parents. Where does Chilton Smith fit in? Or does he? I believe Rhoda Smith was his sister, but would like to find some proof.

Hope someone has some knowledge of this family and they will share with me.

Thanks, Jo
