I would like to thank everyone who has contacted me with information. I have recieved some Info from Heather and Susan. It just all seems to fit. I had my biological mothers maiden name and date of birth wrong. I went through my adoption records and this information makes more sence. Here is new info.
Billy R Forbes DOB:05/19/1951
in Tarrant county texas.
Born to: father: Allen Julian Forbes
Mother: Oletha Rae Miller
Now:(Oletha Davis) married to (?Calvin Davis?)
His last know address is in Whitesboro Texas.
He was married to Judy K (Forbes)twice.
Perry seems to be her madien name. She had two boys before I was born. It shows Billy Ray being the biological father of just one boy.(which said to say passed away) I've been looking up as much info as possible. And it seems that JUDY K PERRY connects a lot more than Sipes does. And on the adoption papers i have she had two boys before I was born. She was still married to Billy Forbes when I was born on 4/22/1973. That is why on my adoption records it has Judy K Forbes. They then got the divorce on 10/11/1973 in Denton county texas. So she must have gone back to her madien name after the divorce.
