LAMB - Clarence Clemens

I am seeking any help to locate a Clarence Clemens LAMB, born Feb 12, 1881. He is listed on the WW1 Draft Registration for Delta County, TX. Wife is Willie Lamb. They were living in LAKE CREEK, DELTA COUNTY. Signing of the draft registration card was in Sept of 1918 - denied because of two broken legs. Clarence is listed as a farmer. Perhaps there would be a news article of a farming accident? Per census reports, he stayed around the Delta, Hopkins, Lamar Counties. His first child (Tim?) shown on the was born in Charleston, TX in abt 1903. Another child, Farris (poss. Charles Farris) was also born in Charleston in about 1914 or 1915. I am at a brick wall with research and any help would be greatly appreciated! I cannot locate who his parents were, or get a definite idea on where Clarence Clemens Lamb was born. Thanks,
Patty
