Helen Viglini and sister Edith Wilmans

I am researching early Texas women judges. In 1925 both Mrs. Helen Viglini and her sister Mrs. Edith Wilmans were practicing law in Dallas. Helen Viglini is described as having been judge of the corporation court. Edith Wilmans was appointed by Gov. Pat Neff to the all-woman Texas Supreme Court in 1925 but did not meet the licensing requirements to serve (had not been admitted to the practice of law seven years or was not at least 30 years of age.) I would love to have additional information on either, but particularly on Helen Viglini.
