I checked the 1900 Census. There are several Julia Walker's, but none are in Dallas County. No listing for Martha Belcher. There are two families with those names living next door to each other in Dallas County. William S. Walker b. 1870, age 29,born in Tennessee, wife Emma E. J. b. 1869, age 30 born Mississippi. They are living next door to John R. Belcher, age 41 b. 1858, wife Willie May, age 26 b. 1873 in Missouri, children Mary D., George W. John W., Minnie L., Charley C., Earl, and a boarder Talley Columbus. Occupations farmers. Hopes this helps. My grandmother's name was Evelena Walker, born about 1900, so I was interested; I can't find any info on her.
