I found William in 1900 in Justice precinct 1, Collin, TX.

I think he's the William Horne you found in 1930 in Kansas City, jackson, Missouri.

I looked through the Texas Death Index and Dallas obituaries and couldn't find William F. Horn, Sr.'s death info.
In 1940 Missouri and children are living in Dallas at 1800 peabody street.
