Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Suzanne: I might have given you the wrong impression that this was strictly a route company - I don't know for sure but I did look at my notes again and noticed that on at least one occasion it was identified as "Dainty Maid Sandwich Shop". So perhaps it sold from a store front as well as via routes. Also, some of the ads did call for male or both male/female sales persons. I checked Texas Secretary of State and, as expected, there is no current listing for a taxable entity by that name. Rick
