Hi Rick, I did receive a reply from the cousin on the 1890 Census- but he did not remember where he saw it. And I know it was not on the Union list as Henry P Tuggle served as Confederate from Texas and was one of the five that returned out of seventy five that he left with.

I am now searching for evidence of Mabelle Vaughn in Texas with her parents- she was born Jan 1884- missing the 1880 Census- and married in Dallas Aug 1889.

I appreciate your replying and still hoping someone might have a site address for info 1884- 1889 Dallas.
