Hi Barbara,
I found Sarah/Sallie and her children in 1930 living in Dallas, Dallas Co., TX.
Sarah Williams, b. AL, 42, widow, no occupation.
Mozelle, b. GA, 15 [b. abt. 1915, not 1925]
Francis, dau, b. TX, 9.
Ralph, b. TX, 3.
Dovie Bell Moore, boarder.

First thing I noticed is that according to this Census Mozelle was b. abt. 1915 and not 1925. I went back and looked through the Censuses again but couldn't find her or her mother in the 1920 Census.

What does Sarah/Sallie's obit say about her husband? She's been dead for 50 years, therefore, you should be able to obtain a copy of her death certificate.

What does Mozelle's obit say about her father (assuming she's deceased)?
