You have obtained some good facts about this family. I did not have that to access, so I did some minor checks, below. I did have some questions as to the parentage of Lewis, Orlena and Leroy. Leroy appears to have been born first, around 1900 and carried the name Davis in 1930, father born in Montana. But, Lewis and Orlena also carried the name of Davis, although their father was born in Germany. Davis not being a normal German name. I've been working Genealogy research for something like 30 years, it always intrigues me to learn how names are either Anglicanized/Americanized, or change.
HOWEVER, that is not your desired query. For Orlena, what information do you have? Once William returned from WW II, did they reunite? Did they have children? If you do not know, and haven't yet obtained her obituary, get it.
Based on your query, you already KNOW how to access the local newspapers, so you don't need a bunch of worthless links.
Otherwise, You need someone IN THAT AREA, that knows what they are doing (Shotgun [the other poster] and I are both in Washington State, too far away to know the local genealogy tricks).

The Texas Birth Index 1903-1007 shows Lewis Davis born 22 November 1911 in Tarrant County.
The 1930 Census for San Antonio, Bexar Co, TX
Leroy Davis, age 29 (1900/1901) clerk Dept of Agriculture, married age 25, father born Montana
Opal R, 27, stenographer Dept of Agriculture, married age 23
Ida M. Davis, mother, age 49
Orlena K? sister, 11, father born Germany
