I didn't have any luck finding Orlena Cornett or Orlene Davis in the ancestry.com or HeritageQuest U. S. Censuses.
You can learn more about her if you can find her in the Dallas City or County Directories. Jim Wheat's Dallas County Texas Archives does have some directories listed at http://freepages.history.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~jwheat/ .
I assume she married William Cornett in Dallas and he does have a marriage index for Dallas.
She did live at 2620 Ruidosa Ave., Dallas, 75228-8400 from 1994-2002. Source: Ancestry.com.
Her social security # was assigned in TX before 1951. Source: Social Security Death Index.
I'd also look for her obituary which generally tells a lot about a person's life. I assume she died in Dallas. A volunteer named Norma is listed at http://www.geocities.com/TheTropics/1926/dallascont.html?20093 who does lookups in the Dallas Morning News.
If that doesn't work out another volunteer at the same web site is Sarah.
Also you can find obits on-line in the Dallas Morning News, http://www.deathindexes.com/texas/index.html. The Dallas Morning News web site does charge a fee.

You could request his obituary from Sarah at Dallas Co. Resources, http://www.geocities.com/TheTropics/1926/dallascont.html?20093 . Successful Searching!
She died in 2006 and I assume Dallas.
