TX, 10 and Edwin b. TX, 8. Edwin Moore Gardiner filled out his World War I Draft Reg. card May 26, 1917 while living at 543 E. Jefferson, Dallas, Dallas Co., TX. He was born 16 June 1892, Dallas, TX [but can't tell whether city or county]. Occupation=theatrical, Orvis?, His Own Show, Ed Dorado; Nearest Relative=wife [but no name]. Source: World War I Draft Reg. cards 1917-1918, ancestry.com. In 1930 Edwin and his wife were living in Kansas City, Jackson Co., Missouri. Edwin M. b. TX, 37, marr @ 21, father born=IL, mother born=VA, professional theatrical; Eva M., wife, b. MO, 27, marr @ 23, professional theatrical; Arthur B. Tillery, lodger; Isadore Capldin, roomer; and Albert Robertson, lodger.
