Just scroll down and you'll find two likely cemeteries, Dallas City (aka City Cemetery) and Dallas City Paupers Cemetery. Both are actually paupers' cemeteries which most likly means that there are few if any headstones and thus no transcriptions available. I will guess that the county maintains the records and that's where you would have to begin your search.
