Hi Richard, thanks for your reply and info. We now believe Mary Tuggle died Dec. 1849 pneumonia Dallas Texas-probably buried in Western Heights Cemetery in the Oak Lawn area.
Marys father Absolom Brandenburg bought lots of land there from Calvin Cole, father of the Mary Cole that married William Thomas Tuggle(son of Mary Brandenburg Tuggle and her husband Henry Palmer Tuggle) Calvins father was Dr. John Cole.
You mentioned Mary Cole Tuggle-who is buried in Western Heights Cemetery, along with her husband William Thomas Tuggle and their son Wilton Tuggle.
We have found this information-but still have not located the graves of Mary Brandenburg Tuggle 1849 or her husband Henry P. Tuggle 1891 (probably Western Heights Cemetery Dallas, Texas)
The Cemetery has not been kept and the area is not the safest, I'm told.
I will check on the book you mentioned and keep hoping someone that has their grave location will share it.
Thank you for your help, Doris
