Thanks - the Mabel Snodgrass Brooks that I'm looking for was born about 1903/04, probably in Fort Worth. In her mother's obit in 1933, she is listed as Mrs. Mabel L. Brooks, living in Houston, but this could have been her in 1930. As we all know, census records are not always accurate!
