Hi Mark! Can't tell you about the Golf Camp, but I think you may be referencing the Sand Hills (plural). You can read about them at the Texas State Historical Association Handbook of Texas Online. http://www.tshaonline.org/handbook/online/articles/SS/rjs8.html I've been to the Sand Hills many times. It's like a West Texas beach. Please be adviced that it runs through several counties. To find out about the Golf Camp, you might check with the: Crane County Historical Commission 409 South Gaston Street Crane, Texas 79731 or Crane County Library cranecolibrary@apex2000.net 701 South Alford Crane, Texas 79731 432-558-1142 or even The Crane News cranenews@apex2000.net 401 South Gaston Crane, Texas 79731 432-558-3541 Won't vouch for the email addresses; all addresses are from the Crane Co. UsGenWeb. Anyway, good luck! Andrea Notify Administrator about this message?
