I'm seeking any info on my gggrandparents Rev. Wilson Rogers and Prudia J. Williamson. According to the 1880 Coryell County Texas Federal Census Wilson was born in Mississippi on January 22,1843 and Prudia was born in Arkansas around 1851. Wilson died in Texas on May 26,1899 and is buried at Flat Rock Cemetery in Lone Grove,Texas in Llano County. He married Prudia J. Williamson on October 30,1872 in Coryell County Texas. He enlisted in Company H. 2nd. Texas Infantry in 1861 and was also a Methodist preacher.
Prudia & Wilson's children:
Daniel M. born about 1867
Stephen E. born about 1871
William T. (1873-1936) my grandfather
George W. (1876-1912)
Marion A. born about 1879
I'm told that they had 8 children but these are the only ones listed on the census. William T. is the only other family member buried at Flat Rock cemetery with his father. I have no idea where the other children and Prudia are buried. I've had no luck finding any info on Prudia or her side of the family.
